Lancaster Rattlers Press Release – www.lancasterrattlers.com Saturday, January 30th, 2010 LANCASTER, CA – United Sports International Inc. and the Lancaster Rattlers in conjunction with Jose Louis Promotion recently announced an exhibition game with Mexico’s most successful Youth National team in the Mexican Federation – the U20 Mexican National Team. The match is set for Sunday, February 28th at 4:00 PM PT at the Rattler’s the home of the Rattlers Antelope Valley High School Mays field. “We expect a big crowd for this one,” said Jose Louis. “Not only because of the success of the U20 team, but also because of our relief efforts for the country of Haiti. All of their top players will be participating in the game.” The Mexican National team has released the roster for the game on February 28th with the Rattlers. Top players from teams through out the Mexican Soccer Federation are on the roster. Atlas with 6 players and Chivas Guadalajara with 5, 2 from Pumas other team represented are Tall. DE Cor, Tigres, Pachuca, Loros De Col,America, and Tecos. Click here to see the entire rosters for both teams United Sports International, the parent corporation of the Lancaster Rattlers USL Premier Development League team and the Lancaster Soccer Club well be working with Jose Louis Promotions and the Red Cross to donate five dollars of every ticket sold to the relief effort in Haiti. “The match with the Rattlers is part of a six-game tour for the Mexican U20 National Team,” said Lopez. “We expect to raise between $150,000 and $250,000 for the Haitian relief effort.” The ticket prices will be $20.00 For adults kids 15 and under $10.00 and 5 years of age and under FREE!witha portion going to the Haitian relief effort. A youth game kicking off at 2:00PM PT will be played prior to the main event. Gates will open at 1:30PM.
